Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards. When you submit a payment, your credit card information will be transmitted to our payment processor for processing. We use a secure payment processor to protect your credit card information. All payments are due in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer any payment plans or financing options.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel your service. That’s why we offer a Cancel and Refund Anytime policy. To cancel, simply go to the Account Management section of our website and click on “Cancel subscription”. You will receive a full refund for any unused portion of your subscription; for example, if you cancel your subscription halfway through your billing cycle, you will receive a refund for the second half of your billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. You can cancel at any time, for any reason.
Are there countries where the service is restricted?
We do not serve customers from countries blacklisted or greylisted by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). The FATF is an intergovernmental organization that sets standards for combating money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. Blacklisted and greylisted countries are those that have been identified by the FATF as having significant strategic deficiencies in their anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regimes.
We are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, and to preventing financial crime. By not serving customers from blacklisted or greylisted countries, we help to reduce the risk of our products and services being used for illegal purposes.
Does Titan iCommerce have any interest in its Partner Brokers?
We do not have any interest or investment in any forex broker. We are a completely independent company that is not affiliated with any forex broker or financial institution.
We believe that it is important to be objective and unbiased in our teaching, marketing, social networking and coaching activities. Having any interest in a forex broker could create a conflict of interest and could influence the quality of our offering. We are committed to providing our clients with accurate and unbiased information because we believe that this is the best way to help our clients succeed in the forex market.
